If you are a student studying a full- or part-time course at University, College or School may be entitled to educational discounts. In addition, parents buying on a student's behalf may also be eligible as are Lecturers, Teachers and staff members.

Student Discount

Acceptable forms of documentation include:

Copy of Student ID card valid for the current term - The most widely accepted form of academic proof and can either be scanned or captured by a camera.

Other forms of academic proof include the following on headed paper from your educational institution addressed to the student:
• Acceptance form
• Enrolment letter
• Results letter
• Current dated class schedule

You may upload your academic proof within My Account or through the checkout - this only has to be done once. If you have not uploaded your academia proof at the time of purchase, you will receive an email requesting academic proof. If your academic proof is rejected your order your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

Staff Discount

Academic faculty members including Lecturers, Teachers and staff members at all levels are eligible for many of the same educational discounts offered to students, with only a few exceptions.

Copy of Staff ID card valid for the current term - The most widely accepted form of academic proof and can either be scanned or captured by a camera.

Other forms of academic proof include the following on headed paper from your educational institution addressed to the Staff:
• Proof of Employment letter, indicating current employment (this must include Full Name, Institute Name, Date)
• Pay Slip from Institute (Please cover or cross out any sensitive information)
• Any communication from a senior staff member confirming your position

Generally, all products visible on the store are in stock, however we cannot guarantee the product you order is available at the time your order is processed. Stock levels may change due to the time taken to receive your academic proof. Any products not in stock at the point of order will be ordered on your behalf; if you are unhappy with the estimated delivery date you have the option to cancel your order at no additional cost.

In some cases, additional academic proof may be required and we will contact you if anything else is required.
